Absolutely. We keep your unique “Scent Formula” securely on file linked to your account. When you’re ready for a refill, simply log in and select “Reorder” from your order history. This ensures your personalized blend remains consistent every time you order.

We want you to love your signature fragrance! Since every bottle is custom-made to order, we cannot offer traditional returns; however, we do offer a Scent Satisfaction Guarantee. If your creation isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our perfumers will review your formula and offer a one-time discounted adjustment to help you perfect your blend.

Because each bottle is hand-blended and bottled specifically for you, the process takes a little longer than off-the-shelf perfumes. Typically, your order will be formulated and shipped within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your custom creation is on its way.
